Business Ops & Growth Lead

We are seeking a senior Business Leader to own client requirements from initial intake through successful closure. You will understand client priorities, coordinate with Talent and Engineering teams, and guide multiple processes toward strong outcomes.

This role combines client partnership, commercial ownership, operational execution, and account growth. You will monitor KPIs, pipelines, and SLAs, remove blockers, support interview and decision stages, and identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships. The role is remote across LATAM and requires a high degree of autonomy.
