Questions, answered plainly.

Hiring with Niuro or joining as an engineer. Choose the side that applies to you.

For companies

Is this just another agency?
We sell the output of a system, not effort. You see candidate evidence before any interview, and the same system that serves you runs our own talent operation. Niuro is its own first customer. Every claim we make comes with an artifact you can inspect.
Can AI actually judge engineers?
Judgment stays human. Agents do the structuring (sourcing, screening logistics, interview capture, evidence assembly) and our talent engineers and your team make every call. You see exactly which is which in the shortlist.
How established is this?
The operation is proven: 200+ engineers placed through successive versions of this system, 130 active today. And Niuro is its own first customer; our talent operation runs on it. What’s new is offering the system to you as a product. And on that part, the terms carry the risk, not you: month-to-month engagements, a replacement service on direct hires.
Your fee depends on me hiring. Why should I trust your vetting?
Because the shortlist shows its work: every candidate arrives with strengths and the open questions we’d still probe in your interview. And the terms align us: replacement service and month-to-month engagements mean we win by you running the next search here, not by closing one fast.
What if the hire doesn’t work out?
You’re covered: headhunting includes a replacement service of up to one year, and Niuro Engineers are month-to-month with replacement built in. And because evidence arrives before the first interview, engagements last. The average runs past 18 months.
What happens to our data?
Your engagement data stays private to your work with Niuro. It is never shown to or reused for another client's search. Candidates own their proof profiles. Niuro retains the platform and system-level improvements: the process, questions, and playbooks.
Which roles does Niuro cover?
Software, AI, data, cloud, and QA engineering roles.
Where is the talent located?
The network is global by design: engineers join from anywhere, and quality is the only bar. Most of today’s active network works in US-aligned time zones.
Is contract-to-hire possible?
Yes, month-to-month engagements can convert. A buy-out option (20% of annual salary after the first year, in up to three payments) is built into the terms.

For talent

Will my current employer see this?
Your profile is private by default. There’s no searchable database to stumble into. Your evidence reaches a company through a Niuro introduction, or when you share it yourself.
Is it free?
Free means free: no fees, no deductions from your pay.
Is this contracting or full-time?
Both exist in the network: direct hires into client companies, and month-to-month engagements where Niuro handles the contract and payments. Every match states which before you say yes.
Will I see compensation before I commit?
Yes. Every introduction comes with the role’s comp range up front. You always know the numbers before you invest a minute.
What if I’m not accepted?
You keep the skills report; what to improve is yours either way. The bar is real; that’s what makes passing it worth something.
