Principal Product Engineer

The Principal Product Engineer will drive the development, yield optimization, and deployment of MEMS-based timing products. This technical leadership role focuses on managing complex mixed-signal or MEMS products throughout their high-volume manufacturing lifecycle, utilizing advanced statistical methods to analyze large datasets and resolve performance anomalies.

Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, this role oversees product performance across process, voltage, temperature, and reliability stresses. The position requires deep expertise in semiconductor device behavior to implement design of experiments (DOE) and collaborate with foundry, assembly, and test partners to ensure robust product releases.
