Growth Engineer – Client Success & Operations

We are hiring a Growth Engineer to own client accounts from initial requirement through successful placement and account growth. This is a commercial and operations role with direct responsibility for client results, service levels, and delivery speed.

You will manage daily client relationships, present and defend candidate recommendations, negotiate expectations, and handle difficult conversations. You will also use human judgment to review AI-supported workflows, identify bottlenecks, and work with technology teams to improve processes and automation. Most clients are based in the United States, so strong English communication is essential.
