Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead the technical integration of an enterprise operating platform directly into customer environments. You will embed with client operational teams, evaluate existing systems, and accelerate platform adoption. This is a hands-on integration role where you build, deploy, and extend production software inside external client infrastructure. You will serve as the primary technical bridge during deployments, traveling to customer locations across the United States. In this role, you will implement agentic AI workflows, manage tool orchestration using Model Context Protocol (MCP), guide data migrations, and navigate enterprise security evaluations. Every deployment informs the platform roadmap, turning integration patterns into scalable core product capabilities.
