Director, Infrastructure Hardware

The Director, Infrastructure Hardware leads the strategy, development, and delivery of system platforms supporting characterization, validation, automated test equipment (ATE), and high-volume manufacturing of advanced hardware products. This pivotal leadership role combines strategic technical vision with end-to-end program ownership, driving cross-functional execution across design, test, product, operations, and external partners.

You will provide high-level system design direction and leverage deep expertise in hardware build, integration, and bring-up to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure platforms. By building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, you will establish robust engineering practices and standardize platforms to reduce cycle times and enable multi-product support.
