Director, MEMS Engineering

The Director of MEMS Engineering will own and drive the development of next-generation precision timing products. This onsite role combines strategic leadership of a high-performing engineering team with hands-on technical execution to deliver on a complex corporate roadmap. You will scale the engineering organization, foster a culture of technical innovation, and establish robust development processes.

As a key technical leader, you will collaborate closely with executive teams to shape the long-term technology roadmap. By interfacing with cross-functional engineering, operations, and external vendors, you will ensure the seamless execution and manufacturability of advanced MEMS devices from design through characterization.
