Sr. Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI)

This senior leadership role owns the end-to-end product introduction lifecycle for multiple product families, bridging the gap between development handoff and high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Operating as both a strategic and execution leader, this position is responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high-performing team of NPI engineers and managers in Santa Clara, CA.

Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain partners, this role drives the NPI execution strategy, establishes phase-gate processes, and mitigates risks related to yield, manufacturability, and quality. The ideal leader will foster a culture of execution excellence, driving continuous improvement across yield learning, cycle times, and manufacturing scalability.
