Head of AI

This strategic leadership role drives the vision, execution, and operationalization of artificial intelligence initiatives across multiple business functions. You will lead and scale high-performing teams of AI, machine learning, and data engineers, establishing a robust hub-and-spoke operating model to embed generative AI capabilities throughout the platform and solutions.

Partnering closely with cross-functional executive leaders, you will guide architectural decisions for scalable ML systems, data pipelines, and model governance frameworks. This position requires balancing high-level strategic planning with technical execution to deliver measurable business outcomes and ensure the responsible, ethical use of AI technologies.
