Senior AI Engineer

This role drives the design, development, and evaluation of agentic and LLM systems, transitioning complex regulatory and safety data into AI-native products. You will build customer-facing agentic assistants, establish Model Context Protocol (MCP) architectures, and scale document intelligence pipelines handling billions of tokens. This position requires deep technical expertise in orchestrating multi-agent workflows and the ability to explain complex architectures to domain experts.\n\nAs a senior engineer, you will champion engineering discipline through spec-driven and evaluation-driven development. You will reduce hallucination in production systems, deploy open-weight models, and build robust LLM evaluation pipelines.
