Accounting Manager – US Accounting Operations

This is a highly hands-on accounting leadership role with full ownership of day-to-day US accounting operations, month-end close, payroll accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.

Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will own the accounting function end to end while partnering directly with the CEO/CFO and coordinating with external tax and audit firms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to operate independently, improve processes, maintain audit-ready documentation, and communicate complex financial matters clearly and concisely to senior leadership.

This role is particularly well suited for an experienced Accounting Manager or Controller who has remained close to the books and has experience supporting the accounting needs of a growing US software company.
