Sales Representative

The Sales Representative supports sales operations by answering inbound chat and phone enquiries and conducting outbound follow-up contact in Spanish and English. The role provides accurate information about panels, add-ons, membership tiers, pricing and market-specific logistics while working within the approved scope for health and testing information.

The position contributes to sales performance and customer satisfaction by qualifying prospects, recommending suitable options, closing sales and ensuring a smooth handover to CX and Lab Ops. It also supports accurate CRM documentation, timely responses and the identification of recurring objections, product gaps and market-specific blockers.
