GTM Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and operate the systems that generate qualified hiring opportunities. You will connect market signals, customer data, AI, code, and workflow tools to identify relevant companies, reach them effectively, and create repeatable sources of business.

You will work closely with Growth Owners, sales, product, engineering, and talent operations. Your work will directly influence new and repeat hiring activity through reliable workflows, thoughtful experimentation, and measurable improvements in conversion, cost, and operational performance.

This role requires strong commercial judgment as well as engineering ability. You will have ownership from research and outreach design through launch, monitoring, iteration, and documentation. The role is remote, aligned with US Eastern Time hours, and requires confident English communication.
