Operations Lead – Tech Staffing

Lead the operations of a fast-paced technology staffing business serving external clients and managing a team of Growth Engineers. You will own account operations, requirement strategy, team performance, and delivery metrics while ensuring the team handles client pressure, replacements, escalations, and underperformance effectively.

This senior role requires strong commercial judgment, high autonomy, and the ability to make fast decisions under pressure. You will scale operations through AI and automation, improve processes with Product, and ensure the team delivers consistently without taking over day-to-day execution.
